From Local Roots to National Recognition: Issaquah Lumber’s Brand Evolution
With a 135-year legacy rooted in the Pacific Northwest, Issaquah Lumber partnered with us to bring fresh energy to its brand, product offering, and community engagement. We introduced new brand guidelines, developed the Cascade Collection—its branded line of modified wood products featuring the GRAD installation system—and launched a robust content program tailored to its loyal customer base. To deepen local connections, we ran a successful photo contest and created a quarterly e-newsletter to keep customers informed and inspired. In its quest to build credibility and awareness beyond the PNW, we secured national media coverage—the result: a revitalized brand with deeper local ties and broader industry recognition.
